Refund policy

At Regent Scents, we take pride in the craftsmanship of our fragrances. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The item was purchased within the last 7 days.

  • The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging (including the outer cellophane wrap, if applicable).

  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-returnable items:

  • Items that have been sprayed or used.

  • Discovery Sets or individual samples.

  • Items purchased during a clearance or "Flash Sale."

2. The Discovery Set "Risk-Free" Guarantee

We understand that scent is personal. If you purchased a Regent Scents Discovery Set, these are final sale; however, if you decide to purchase a full-sized bottle afterward and find it isn't what you expected, please contact us before opening the full-size box. We recommend using the sample from your Discovery Set first to ensure you love the fragrance.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged bottle (e.g., leaking or a broken spray mechanism), please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Email us at astronaut362@gmail.com with your order number and a clear photo/video of the damage.

  • We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no additional shipping cost to you.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Once your return is authorized, please pack the item securely to prevent damage during transit.

  3. Ship the item to our Karachi-based fulfillment center (address will be provided upon authorization).

    • Note: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items unless the item arrived damaged.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved: Your refund will be processed via Bank Transfer or EasyPaisa/JazzCash within 5-7 business days.

  • Original Shipping Fees: Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable
